Group Fun Run 4.5km, meet outside Landings Entrance. Finish on the Beach. (free to enter)

Pre-Race Reception Meal at Cap Maison. Meet the team, fellow athletes, local triathletes. (Due to limited numbers, tickets needed in advance). Venue confirmed as Cap Maison
THURSDAY

7am

Aquathlon (500m swim/3km run)  (free to enter)

8:30am

Swim Master class Landings Beach

3pm till 4pm

an inflatable assault course (Splash Island Water Park,St Lucia) which in the sea at Bay Gardens Beach Resort, 11$ includes a free soft drink. Fun prizes for the quickest.

5pm till 7pm

Help & Registration desk, The Landings reception area
FRIDAY

8am

4km Sea Swim, we set up 500m loop from the Landings Beach,you can swim the loop as many times as you want (free to enter)

5pm - 7pm

SATURDAY

7:30am

The Triathlons – Black Beards Revenge

6pm

Post race BBQ  party, drinks and food from 6:00pm till 11pm in The Landing Beach Restaurant (tickets needed for food and drink, tickets can be purchased at registration or online before the day).

11:00am

Children’s Triathlon (5-9 years): 100m Swim, 800m Bike, 800m Run

11:20am

Children’s Aquathlon (8-15 years): 200m Swim, 800m Run

11:35am

Children Of Special Needs event. CDGC expecting 40 to take part in 100m swim/400m run/wheelchair push

1pm

Saturday prize giving with the local dignatories and small buffet lunch included in race entry fee.

*  In Memory of Ollie Gobat, there will be the Ollie Gobat (2014) Memorial Award for Special Achievement awarded at prize giving. This cup should be returned every year, the winner will be the holder for a year.

The criteria for winning is that the person is born in St.Lucia, of any age and that they put in an exceptional performance.

The Judges decision on the day will be final.
